Vogue Beauty Salon has been a key feature of Woodley precinct for over 15 years. In 2010 the present owner - Terri Beirne - (having been one of its most valued customers) purchased the salon with a determination to provide affordable quality beauty treatments  in a friendly approachable atmosphere.

Terri, ably assisted by salon manager  Christine Durnan, undertook a total revamp of the salon wishing it to look attractive without being foreboding, wanting anyone to feel comfortable when entering the salon whether for advice or a favourite treatment. In addition many new treatments were added to the portfolio to keep up with trends and whilst some have come and gone (remember the vajazzle?) many are now a firm fixture on our portfolio - eg, shellac, hot stone massages, minx, sculptured acrylic, microdermabrasion to name a few

The salon posts regular updates on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter and has seen many of their clients through special  occasion such as proms, significant birthdays, weddings and the birth of their children.

Whilst Terri  and her daughter no longer work in the salon they are regular customers and support Christine and their loyal team whenever asked to.

Christine Durnan

Manager and Nail/Beauty Therapist

Christine joined Vogue in 2012 and has over 12 years experience in the Beauty industry. She has worked in a variety of roles in the industry and was promoted to manager to help develop our team and encourage growth in the business.  She has a passion for helping others be the best they can in the industry and has done a short course in teaching to help in her new role.

Colette Johns

Beauty Therapist

Colette joined Vogue in May 2013 and has since built up a loyal client base. Colette is an advocate of threading and has encouraged many clients to try this technique instead of waxing. She is also passionate about lashes with  her portfolio including strip, party and semi-permanent (from Classic to the new Russian) and has also expanded her knowledge of Nail Products during her time at Vogue.  Colette has two  young daughters so only works Part-time with us which means she is nearly always fully booked!!

Leah Hall

Beauty Therapist and Nail Technician

Leah  joined our team in May 2017.   Leah worked at a spa previous to Vogue so specialises in massage and facials. After joining Vogue she   expanded on her nail treatments expanded her treatment repertoire whilst being with us and has undergone spray tan, microdermabrasion,threading and intimate waxing training.

Charlie-Jo Cartwright

Therapist and Nail Technician

Charlie joined our team in August 2017.  She has previously worked locally in a small salon for 4 years and since joining Vogue many of her loyal clients have followed her to continue receiving the top class treatments she offers.  Charlie enjoys all aspects of Beauty and offers most of our treatments; however her biggest passion is nail art and she enjoys experimenting withl various effects and finishes. Since joining our team she has undergone in-house training on many of our brands including St.Tropez spray tanning, our signature lash lift treatment and Bio Sculpture gel.  She is hoping in the future to train in our lash extensions
